PRECISE CARES- A 501C3 CHARITY ORGANIZATION
PSRx Body & Skin’s Precise Cares program is a community outreach initiative designed to provide safe, effective, and free tattoo removal on the hands, neck, and face to those in need who were formerly incarcerated, gang members, survivors of human trafficking and those who wish to remove hate symbols or racist tattoos. We are currently only servicing Chicago, Illinois & North Carolina. Tattoo removal can take several sessions.

Our Reentry Initiative will directly align with a plan for community safety, access to mental health services, affordable housing, and vital support systems that will help residents reintegrate and thrive.

Old tattoos can be a painful reminder of a life left behind. By removing them we help our clients erase daily reminders of darker past days, leaving room for a brighter future and a better version of themselves. We want to empower people who’ve had the courage to change and help them feel confident in their new path.

For every paying person who completes their tattoo removal journey we will provide a removal service to someone who meets the below criteria.
Please do not apply if you do not meet all things listed and have an advocate.

Tattoo is on the hands, neck, face

Previously or are currently incarcerated (REQUIRED)

Survivor of human trafficking (REQUIRED)

Have a hate symbol or racist tattoo

Former gang member with gang related tattoo (REQUIRED)

Must be willing to share video and photos of journey.

Please fill out the form below to start your application, our successful applicants are enrolled on a rolling basis based on availability within the program. We review applications 4 times a year (Jan, Apr, Jul, Oct). DO NOT CALL THE OFFICE.

All Applicants Must Have an Advocate
All applicants must have a letter of recommendation from an official advocate. Acceptable advocates are social workers, PO officers, Reentry officers, or a sponsor who is not family or friends. The advocate letter can be attached to the application below.
