Dermal fillers,
planned around your features.
Volume changes with age, weight changes and genetics. Filler can restore balance or add definition while keeping your features your own.
Dermal fillers are injectable gels, most often hyaluronic acid, that restore volume, smooth folds and shape areas like the lips, cheeks, chin and jawline. Results are visible right away and usually last months to over a year. PSRx offers fillers, and which product and areas fit you are decided at consultation after your provider examines your face.

Dermal Fillers FAQ.
How long do dermal fillers last?
Most fillers last from several months to over a year, depending on the product, the area and your body. Lips tend to fade sooner than cheeks or the chin. Your provider tells you what to expect for each area at consultation.
Will fillers look natural?
They should. Good filler work enhances your features and keeps your face in balance. Your provider plans every treatment around your natural shape and goals, and often recommends a conservative approach, especially for first-time patients who want to ease in.
Can fillers be dissolved?
Yes, hyaluronic acid fillers can be dissolved if needed. That's one reason they're the most common type of filler used today. Your provider explains this at consultation, along with how results can be adjusted if something doesn't settle quite the way you hoped.
Does getting filler hurt?
Most fillers contain a numbing ingredient, and many people find treatment more comfortable than they expected. Your provider talks through ways to keep you comfortable. Mild soreness, swelling or bruising can last a few days and usually settles on its own.
Are fillers safe for dark skin?
Yes. Fillers work below the surface and don't affect the skin's pigment directly, so they're well suited to every skin tone. On darker skin, bruising can leave a temporary dark mark, so your provider takes care to lower bruising during treatment.
What's the difference between fillers and Botox?
Fillers add volume and shape, and work well for lips, cheeks and folds. Botox and Dysport relax the muscles that cause expression lines, like frown lines and crow's feet. Many people use both, and your provider recommends what fits at consultation.
