Erase it.
Precisely.
PicoWay delivers ultra-short picosecond pulses that shatter ink into microscopic particles — giving your immune system the edge it needs to clear them faster, with fewer sessions and less thermal damage than older laser systems.
Why PicoWay
changes everything
Most tattoo removal platforms still rely on nanosecond pulse technology — meaning longer heat exposure, more collateral skin damage, and a slower immune response. PicoWay operates in trillionths of a second. The physics are simply different.
What happens at
each visit
Every session moves the ink closer to gone. Here's what the process looks like from consult to cleared.
What we remove
Whether you're clearing a sleeve, prepping for a cover-up, or removing permanent cosmetics, our protocols are matched to the ink — not applied generically.
Your removal
timeline depends
on these factors
No two tattoos clear the same way. Removal speed is influenced by a combination of biological, anatomical, and ink-related variables — all of which we assess before building your treatment plan.
Complete your removal
on a monthly plan
Tattoo removal isn't a single appointment — it's a process. Our membership was built for that reality: lock in a consistent monthly investment and work through your sessions without worrying about individual session costs adding up.
- Unlimited sessions at the membership interval
- Consistent scheduling with your assigned provider
- Progress photography at each visit
- Cherry financing available — split into monthly payments
- Priority rebooking between sessions
The PSRx Ink Program
Tattoo removal isn't just aesthetic. For some people, it's the first step toward a future that isn't defined by their past. Through our Precise Cares community initiative, PSRx offers complimentary tattoo removal services in Chicago to individuals who need it most.
