Precise Cares is PSRx's 501(c)(3) community outreach program — providing free tattoo removal to those who were formerly incarcerated, gang members, survivors of human trafficking, and those seeking to remove hate symbols. Currently serving Chicago, IL and North Carolina.

Who we serve
Access for those who need it most.
Precise Cares exists to remove the physical marks that can hold people back from employment, housing, and a fresh start. We serve those with the courage to change.
Program eligibility: Applicants must meet specific criteria to be considered. Not every applicant is selected. Acceptance depends on meeting program requirements, available capacity, and how each case aligns with the program's mission. Submitting an application does not guarantee enrollment.

Formerly Incarcerated
Tattoos visible on the hands, neck, and face can create barriers to employment and reintegration. We help remove those barriers.

Survivors of Human Trafficking
Traffickers often mark survivors with identifying tattoos. We provide free removal to help reclaim their identity and autonomy.

Former Gang Members
Gang-related tattoos can be dangerous to carry and limiting to opportunity. We support those who have left that life behind.

For those who wish to remove hate symbols or racist tattoos as part of their personal transformation, we provide free treatment.

The program specifically covers tattoos in the most visible and high-impact areas — the areas most likely to affect daily opportunities.
