Non-surgical body contouring is not a weight loss solution. The best candidates are close to their goal weight and targeting specific areas that don't respond to exercise and nutrition.

Not a candidate if:

Before Your Session
How to prepare for body contouring
  • Hydrate well in the 24–48 hours before your session — hydration supports lymphatic clearance of treated cells
  • Avoid anti-inflammatory medications (ibuprofen, aspirin) for 48 hours prior unless medically necessary
  • Wear or bring comfortable, loose-fitting clothing for treatment areas
  • Do not apply lotions or oils to the treatment area on the day of your session
  • Eat a light meal before your appointment — do not arrive fasted
  • Inform your provider of any recent illness, surgery, or changes in medication
After Your Session
Supporting your results post-treatment
  • Continue hydrating post-session — lymphatic drainage of fat cells requires fluid support
  • Light movement (walking, stretching) within 4 hours of laser lipo and HIFEM sessions supports results
  • Some soreness is normal after HIFEM — comparable to an intense workout. This is expected and temporary
  • Cryolipolysis areas may be tender, swollen, or numb for several days to a few weeks — this is the natural cellular response
  • Results from cryolipolysis develop over 8–12 weeks as the body clears treated cells
  • Maintain a stable weight to preserve your results — new fat cells can regenerate if significant weight is gained
