Where it started
A line above the chin had become noticeable enough to crease when makeup was applied — a subtle but persistent indentation sitting just above the chin that showed clearly in the before photo.

In the clinic
One syringe of Voluma was placed into the C1 area to fill the crease, and Botox was injected into the mentalis muscle to relax the chin and reduce the pull that was causing the line.
The crease above the chin appears softer and less defined, with the chin sitting smoother and more evenly contoured than in the before photo.
