Fine lines & wrinkles,
softened at the source.
Early and established lines addressed with resurfacing, collagen induction, injectables and topical protocols. Progressive, natural-looking results — no surgery required.
Not every line
has the same cause.
Lines from muscle movement, collagen loss and volume loss are treated differently — so your plan starts with what is causing yours.
Why deeper skin tones
need a different approach.
Melanin-rich skin often shows surface aging later thanks to natural photoprotection — but collagen loss and laxity affect every skin tone. Heat-based resurfacing and tightening set for lighter skin can cause darkening or light patches on Fitzpatrick IV–VI.
- ✦Longer wavelengths that reduce absorption by surface melanin
- ✦Active cooling to protect the skin's surface during treatment
- ✦Conservative energy, increased step by step based on your response
- ✦Skin prep before and after treatment to keep inflammation low

Fine Lines & Wrinkles FAQ.
What's the difference between Botox and filler?
Botox and Dysport relax the muscles that cause expression lines like forehead lines, frown lines and crow's feet. Hyaluronic acid fillers restore lost volume and smooth deeper folds. Many plans use both, often in the same appointment.
How long do results last?
Botox and Dysport typically last 3–4 months. Filler lasts 6–18 months depending on the product and area. Collagen-building treatments improve gradually, with changes continuing for up to six months.
Are resurfacing and skin tightening safe for darker skin?
Yes, with the right settings. Heat-based treatments set for lighter skin can cause darkening on Fitzpatrick IV–VI. PSRx uses longer wavelengths, active cooling and conservative energy that is increased based on how your skin responds.
Do retinoids really help with fine lines?
Yes. Retinoids increase collagen production and speed up cell turnover, which softens fine lines and smooths texture over time. Start slowly — two nights a week — and use daily SPF, since UV undoes the collagen benefit.
How soon will I see results?
Botox starts working in 3–5 days, with full effect at 10–14 days. Collagen-building treatments take longer: most people notice firmer, smoother skin within 4–6 weeks, improving for up to six months.
Will I look overdone?
Results look natural when placement follows your individual muscle anatomy and facial structure rather than a template. PSRx treats the muscle pattern, not the wrinkle location.
