How is membership pricing different from paying per session?

The membership locks in a flat monthly rate of $113, which is typically lower than per-session pricing for most tattoo sizes. It also keeps you on a consistent schedule — which is the most important factor for getting results.

Do I need a consultation before joining?

Yes — a consultation is required to determine eligibility before your first session. This lets us assess your tattoo and skin type, set realistic expectations, and build your personalized treatment plan. Consultations are free.

Can I remove multiple tattoos with one membership?

Your membership covers one treatment session per month. Multiple tattoos can be discussed at your consultation — our team will advise on the best approach based on your goals and the size and complexity of each tattoo.

What if my tattoo is fully removed before I expect?

If your tattoo is fully removed ahead of schedule, contact our office to discuss cancellation or redirecting your membership toward another tattoo or service. We'll work with you to make sure you get the most value from your plan.

Does the membership work for all tattoo colors?

Yes. Our PicoWay laser is effective on even challenging colors like greens and blues that older lasers couldn't target. Black ink typically responds fastest, while bright colors may require more sessions. We'll be upfront about what's achievable for your specific tattoo.

Is the membership available for the Greensboro location?

Currently the membership is redeemable in-office at our Chicago, IL location. When our Greensboro, NC location opens in 2026, membership availability will be updated. Virtual consultations are available to NC clients in the meantime.
